Chris came on board the Alignment Engineering team at the beginning of 2007 after spending several years in Europe. Grant has spent the last 12 years with Alignment Engineering, specialising in various aspects of machine alignment, particularly shaft alignment and geometry measurement. Balancing, basic vibration monitoring and analysis are also skills used, and or are being developed in conjunction with the experience of other technicians within Alignment Engineering.
Having graduated from Otago University with a Masters of Business, Nick worked in a consultative role with a number of South Island businesses in the fields of strategy, competitive development and human resources. It is in this role that Nick discovered his passion for business strategy and development. In this role, Nick brings his experience across multiple industries and a focus on delivering cutting edge solutions for clients nationwide. Alan served an apprenticeship as a Fitter machinist for British Steel, gaining further experience in a precision tool making and laser cutting workshop.
A move to a large Pharmaceutical manufacturer enabled Alan to gain experience in reliability investigations and statutory inspections and procedures. Following a lifestyle to New Zealand in 1997 Alan has worked with an OEM carrying out build and installation of production lines for international customers
